I used it before I started TRT. It is a well known fact that older men convert more T to E2. I went through a bottle, and sure enough, my E2 had gone down.

What was the Estradiol level u had after the DIM usage?
Yeah but you have low T. It's not uncommon to have Low Estradiol as well.
I've seen guys with Low T levels have lower levels of Estradiol in general.
Not for sure if it was the DIM that reduced it.
I've seen labs were 63 year olds had Low normal T and very Low Estradiol and other 63 olds with 500 ng/dl TT and 75 pmol/l(20 Pg/Ml) for Estradiol

I was using 100 mg daily.

I am currently on Androgel 1.62, 4 pumps. I do not take DIM now. I am taking arimidex for an AI.

I thought you were gonna dump the Androgel and do Clomid cause you were sick of it ?
Please correct me if I'm wrong... but wasn't your doc the prescribing 1 squirt wonder for Androgel ?
Tell him to read the insert next time before prescribing a medication. Starting dose is 4 actuations not 1.

No, apollon, you are correct. I stopped for a week and by the 6th day, I was dead tired on my second job. I started back up on 4 actuations. I am doing .5mg of Arimidex 3 days a week. So far, so good. I read that it could take up to 10 weeks for your T to normalize after stopping. I just didn't feel like going through that. I have an appointment with the doctor on the 21st and I am going to tell him that I would like to do injections. My baseline T was 400 ng/dl. I'm almost 59. Do think I should continue with TRT?

Please do not use 0.5 mg ADEX 3 days a week....
You are gonna crash your Estradiol.
The doses you are running for ADEX are considered rather high. Guys run those doses on here when doing restarts and are using 2-3000 I.U. per week of HCG...which aromatizes way more than 4 squirts of androgel....
I have to say you are on an inferior treatment plan with the Androgel....
Stuff takes forever to kick in....
Run labs one month into this treatment and see where you are at...

Well, quite honestly, my knees are a little sore. Chalked that up to getting old. I did squats yesterday, and could really feel it. So maybe this is too much.

Then what should I run, like maybe 1/4 tab EOD?

When you say takes forever to kick in, how long is this? I have been on it for almost 6 months, but during that time, I stopped 3 times for a week each, because of not feeling anything. Plus I have only been on 4 pumps for about 3 weeks now.

So Androgel does not aromatize as much then.

I agree, 1.5 mg per week is extremely high especially with androgel. I would start lower like .25mg twice a week but this should never be a guessing game. Get blood work to ensure you have the correct dosage and get dialed in.

I'll get some blood work done on the 21st. So even with 4 pumps of 1.62, I will not aromatise a lot of T. I did put my E2 in the tank last time it was tested 3 weeks ago.
