Kind of a long story, I guess I'm looking more for advice than anything as to where to go from here. I've done 2 cycles of test about 2 years ago. Recently I've been feeling absolutely zero libido. None. Very reduced erection quality. Went to a urologist to see what he thought. He just tested my TT and called me with the results today. Came back at 376. This was drawn at about 11:30 am. He sounded very confident my problem is not within my testosterone level, but wants to check my free and other things at an Early am time.
I am a pharmacist, and he seemed to be open to the idea of TRT before the results came back. What do you guys think about that level? I tried a clomid restart for 2 month this past summer because I had a TT level of 280. Got retested again it was at 612 after being off clomid for a month to 1.5 months. Now the most recent level of 376. I'm kind of doubting that he is going to even consider TRT now. In school I was always taught treat the patient not the number. I want to have kids one day potentially, not sure where to go from here. Is this low enough to treat? I have 4 vials of test enath and to be real I'm thinking about just cruising on it until I run out. I just want a sex drive again!
