I need to get some more info on it I met an ex-BBer while living in FL and played with the routine but stopeed unfortunately. The basic idea behind it is shocking the fuck out of muscles. One week speed partial rep movement work, then the next week concentration work. It also incorporates shit you wouldn't think of like burning down your muscles on say leg extension then doing squats or other compund. I always start with compounds and do the same old shit week in week out this Ballistic training for the month I tried it was insane pumps freaky muscle burns etc...
