What's up guys and gals ? Sometimes I get a little carried away with throwing stuff in the blender but it's so quick and easy I can't help it. I'm not saying they taste good but it's easy to just slam a shake. I'll eat the egg whites seperate and then throw some oats, fat free cottage cheese, oikos yogurt, fruit and veggies in the blender then drink. Just curious if I am the only one drinking these nasty ass but convenient shakes ?
