anyones joints killing them while on winny?

Here's a question:
If you guys were to run Winstrol (winny) and get into some joint issues that were effecting your workout, would you add deca to help aleviate the pain? If so, how many mg's per week of deca you would you take? Any other supplements you would take to help with the Winstrol (winny) pain?

As far as taking deca, that's an interesting option. The added connective tissue stimulus from the deca on top of the Winstrol (winny) could possibly build larger and stronger tissues. I would keep the dose around 250-300/week. Start small and work up if it reacts well. You could also go with some EQ instead of Deca. EQ has been shown to cause very positive changes in connective tissue structures. Can't remember off hand, but it may have been even better than Deca.

I take a good amount of Glucosamine Chondritin and that seems to make a big difference. My diet also has a high mono/poly fat content. I've read some stuff that says that helps as well. Lots of water too!

If Winstrol (winny) started to cause me a lot of pain, I would stop using it for a while. I'm not willing to risk an injury that could set me back for a lengthy period. If your body is really hurtin, it's trying to tell you something.

I hated that feeling on winny.
I loaded the flax, gluc chond. w/msm, and blue emu cream. Nothing seemed to fix it, just help a little.
Good luck. It feels better within a week or so once off.

most people report that deca helps woth winnie joint problems . as far as dose go im not sure what the minimum would be but i would probably consider frontloading the deca if you allready have sore joints .

I would think 50-100mg week if all you wanted was the joint thingy from deca. However unless you frontload, it will take about 3 weeks to feel better.

My knees are bad off....fractured both and had arthoscopic surgery on one. Maybe im lucky but never experienced this joint pain. Culd it be from quick strength gains? If its good enuf for Ben Johnson....its good enuf for me.
Im takin Winstrol 50 mgs eod and for the first time stackin it w/ Deca@ 400mgs e/w.

Maybe im lucky but not the slightest joint pain(other than i normally have) and ive got bad knees.

winny dried out my joints, and it did it too my friend's joints too. It took about 2months for most of my pain to completely resolve itself.

hi guys, I'm new to the board, glad to see you.

My 2 cents worth about winnie is that I can and have suffered with bad knee, shoulder (right one only) and elbow joints, and the pain of it has impacted on my workouts. However, if at the least you knock it on the head when you start getting the problem I've found that the joints do repair themselves, or at least stop being painfull after about 5 days or so.
I always now suppliment my joints when using winnie with Glucosamine Sulphate, Chondroitin and Collagen tabs, which has certainly helped me, and means that I can use winnie more than I used to.

One final point, in my experience winnie has only started causing me problems after going over 40mg ed... it may be that you just need to find what your body is prepared to cope with before it starts creakin', lol

I always run Winstrol (winny) with an oil. It helps. Doesn't have to be deca. EQ works good, so does just about any test.
Winny always kills your joints.
