you guys were correct about the sleep aid, so i thought i'd ask again. Do any of you know of ANYTHING that will stimulate my appetite? Vitamins, herbs, foods, hypnosis(joke)? Any info will be greatly appreciated. JET
YOu can also try and eat small amounts of fruit before your meals.
I remember reading something of the acids in fruit can stimulate metabolism. Basically you then will digest food in less time...making you ready for your next meal quicker.
I am sure someone here will know how that works in detail.
