Appetite Suppressants?

Anyone know a good appetite suppressant? I am trying to cut weight but my hunger is out of control. I feel like I could eat all day and not put down my fork the whole day...lol. Im 6'4" 260lbs with about 13-14% bf. Started at about 315lbs 20+%. Trying to get under 10% and stay there. I get so hungry to the point where I am a miserable prick to everyone around me and need a little help suppressing my appetite. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Not the best thing for ya but when I cut weight I just do a shot of vinegar.... And if Im still hungry I do another shot.... Successfully lost 76 lbs in 2 months this way for wrestling.. Not the healthiest but it works....

nothing special to the vinegar.... I was taking in maybe 100 cals a day and training for 3 hours ed..... No weight training just extreme cardio.... Not healthy at all.... I was passing out all the time....

Have you tried thermorexin? It has a pretty good appetite surppressant built in. I'm in the same boat as you, just different stats. Also, try drinking a liter or so of water every time you get hungry. Are you eating low glycemic index carbs? Those are carbs(foods) that stay with you longer and keep your insulin from spiking and making you hungry....sounds like your insulin is way out of whack...

im pretty sure you know alot more on the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) subject, but i read a few ppl saying Anavar (var) helps you supress your appetite pretty well.
