I found this on alot of sites on the Internet . 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day helps detoxify the kidneys/liver also helps thickening of blood! Added this to my regiment along with nac!

Every 3 days I'll take a swig of that stuff, its burns like fuck, taste like shit, makes my stomach upset. I do it because I hear its good for your body + its only a damn dollar for a gigantic ass bottle.

You need to use organic brag brand apple cider vinegar with mothers. The other brands have the health benefits already processed out of them. I do two tbs with sunny d.

As part of balancing the body's pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the body. Research shows that it can help stimulate cardiovascular circulation and help detoxify the liver. It also said removes plaque from blood vessels and thins the blood. Would this be rbc buildup or do other things thicken the blood?

In medicine, "thinning" of the blood is not the opposite of "thickening" of blood, when physicians speak, generally. Aspirin can thin your blood, but it will not resolve RBC/Hematocrit levels. Same with dilating vessels. You're merely making "more room" for blood to flow easier.

Hmmmmm so by giving blood how does that help in removing buildup of rbc. Say u remove a certain amount of blood wouldn't the body just replace said blood with more of same. How does this differ from using aspirin or fluid to thin the blood?

I'm curious I just got blood results back last night except test levels, guess they take longer, and luckily no problem with the CBC . If there was what could I do besides give blood. Unfortunately that's not an option for me.

Yes the body will reproduce blood which is why you might need to donate more than once. Normally the body is good at maintaining RBC levels but AAS increases production by inhibiting hepcidin I believe. Aspirin will dilate blood vessels allowing the blood to flow easier but you still have the same amount of RBC/HCT which would still be elevated.

You'd need to draw the blood on your own or get a doctors script for therapeutic phlebotomy. Removing the blood is the only way here.

Giving blood helps as soon as you rehydrate the next day or so. Yes. Best option would be donating double RBC's.

Aspirin impacts platelets by via the COX enzyme (Cyclo oxygenase), no impact to RBC's.

Thanks to both you guys for the info. I know we have had are words in the past dreday glad there is no hard feelings!
