I have adhd and I tried ritalin LA and it doesnt really do anything. My highest dose was 40mg and it made me jittery. At lower doses it also doesn't do much.
I thought about at least trying amphetamines to see what they do. But I checked the side effects list and noticed that amphetamines have a few major side effects
which ritalin does not seem to have like muscle decay. The stuff you can also get from statines. This is pretty worrying.
Also the other side effects like stroke, heart attacks sound scary.
I wonder is stuff like adderall still more hardcore and dangerous than ritalin? Does this mean that even if you tolerate ritalin then it doesn't mean you tolerate adderall?
And what about the strokes and heart attacks? Can normal people who take amphetamines simply get this and drop dead or did the people who got these side effects
overdose?
I really don't know if it's worth the risk. I mean even if adderall worked then would you still be at risk of dying every day when you take it? I mean is it possible that you take
it for a while and feel good and then suddenly you get a stroke or heart attack as side effect?
