Hi guys,
I'm 26 years old, completely natural, never done anything that affects hormones. I have been for two blood tests, once when I was 20 with The Doctor LTD and one recently in November 2011 (age 26)
Levels at 20:
Free Testosterone (pg/ml 22.9)
Total Testosterone (nmol/L 18.8)
Obviously I was happy with these results!
Levels at 26:
Serum free T4 level (pmol/L 12.9)
Serum TSH level (miu/L 0.68)
Serum Oestradiol level (pmol/L 102.0)
Serum progesterone level (nmol/L 2.0)
Serum testosterone (nmol/L 14.1)
I am not sure if this was a Free or Total testosterone test, though I believe it likely to be total test as this is what the NHS use as their default if im not mistaken?
I know as you get older your levels obviously decrease but I am just curious as I think I may be experiencing effects of low test such as lack of energy, less erections (rare morning wood), hard to make anymore progress in the gym with strength and size and bodyfat hard to keep off etc
Questions
1. My main question is if my estrogen is high as I could not find this info out anywhere on the net.
2. Is my Test low? (we can see its obviously dropped quite alot since the last 6 years)
3. Can I blag another test on the NHS including Free testosterone? (if so I'm guessing just go along and explain my symptons of low test)?
Thanks again
