Are supplements while on a cycle worth taking?

I'm currently on a Test Enth cycle, and I took quite a few supplements before I started this cycle, so I went a head and continued taking them into the cycle.

My question is, does the Test take care of everything the supplements ever could and more? Or is it pretty vital I still take the supplements? (if I chose to take them, of course)

I had always taken a protein, a creatine, as well as pre and post-work out drinks.

So, are they worth taking? If so, what is worth a damn for me to take while on cycle?

Thanks guys.

uhhhhh PROTIEN is always worth it as it is necessary to build muscle. but you should be getting 90% of your protien from food

as for creatine, you can run it but most save it for pct. a pre-workout supplement is a good idea to get ya revved up and primed for workout sessions.

BCAA's and glutamine are something you could add to your supplements on cycle

Cool deal, I'll save my creatine for my PCT then I guess. I'm taking Monster Mass and "Nitro-Tech" brand protein. I also take glutamine tabs and either NO BlackPowder or Noxplode as my preworkout.

Oh yeah, and it's creatine great for healing muscle and helping with muscle soreness? Although, Test does allow your muscles to heal like 3x faster... so I guess it wouldn't really be that important to take it while on cycle?

Thinking soon for me but I always use Nitrix and multi before.
Post is Muscle Armor with 3-5 G of added Glutimine with Vit C & E and Selinium. Glutimine before bedtime too.
My cutting phase I will do Glutimine & Bcaa's pre-worout.

Agreed!!!!

Glutamine is a must too. Multi vitamins and amino acids are very important. There is a long list of things everyone should be taking.

An example of a cutting regimen for me:

L-Arginine 5,000mg pre-w/o
Beverly International Muscle Provider Pre w/o and post w/o

4 Mass Amino tabs with each meal

4 Ultra 40 Dessicated liver tabs with each meal

L-glutamine 3x per day

Vibe in the morning and night (THE best liquid vitamin/mineral/antioxidant on Earth!)

L-carnitine caps w/ each meal

The list goes on...

Btw, why would you think you wouldn't need supplements while on Test? If you're a serious bodybuilder, supplements are used year-round no matter what kind of gear you're cycling.

F yes! All of them and more. But prioritize based on $. Lets take collagen enhancing supplements... You want them even more when the demands of roid influenced weight training are in effect. Creatine... why not? Post recovery drink? Yes. Tons of quality protein? Yes. Vitamin and mineral, and phyto nutrient greens? Yes... The harder one trains, the easier one can become nutrient deficient! Recently I have run into repeated migraines (not on gear). I was checked out by a DR and nothing they can find. I was not supplementing the vitamin and mineral and phyto nutrient greens. Now I am and no migraine...

Multi-vitamins and fish oil! Very, very important to be taking on cycle. Even extremely important off cycle.

For general health, yes. For building muscle, no. In fact, too much fish oil can potentially hinder growth considering it's anti-inflammatory effects.

Glutamine is great for gut health, but not so much for recovery in oral form.
