indeed it is. I noticed that you keep the dose at 4 , then to 5 and back to 4 and then to 5. did you ever think about going to 7 and then to 10 or straight to 10?
The plan was to go from 4 to 10mg, but by week 5/6 I injured my hip, and cut back training volume, so I decide to maintain the dose, and keep the rest of the dose for another blast in the future. I liked 5mg. You need to find you sweet spot
