Arimidex question (short question)

Ok this may be a dumb question... but I like to over think things.

I started tonight taking Arimidex .5mg ED, and I had to break my little pill in half. When broken in half, it was kinda weak and my problem is that when I took the half and put it in my mouth with water, most of it was already dissolving. Was taking it like that effective if I took water with it and washed most of it down? Thanks.

I would have washed it all down to get the full dose. But that is how you take t. Put the pill in your mouth and swallow it.

It will dissolve in your stomach before being absorbed, pre-dissolving it shouldn't make any difference.

Not digging at you, but if you were really "thinking", it would make sense to question, why would it make a difference if part of it dissolved in my mouth...
