arm size everyone cold flexed

I think every muscle should be proportioned to fit together. The whole physique flowing together is what really makes something look impressive. Some times you need to lay off your favorite muscle groups in order to get the supporting ones stronger. I try to dedicate a entire work out to each muscle group at least once a month. Some days ill spend a entire work out on triceps or biceps. So I can really go 100 percent all out on them.

It helps me increase size in the larger muscle groups. I find my biceps tend to give out first In a back work out. Or my triceps go out first in a chest work out. In fact I am some what tempted to dedicate a couple weeks in a row to just getting my biceps and triceps stronger.
 
Lol I'll measure my arms on a anadrol testosterone deca cycle and load up on creatine. Lol like dial tone said it really is all about the condition you are in. I mean theirs a lot of ways to inflate your arms.
 
I hate fat guys period in my gym, they do the same routine, working biceps everyday then they throw the weight or stand next to somebody that is half ass fit and compete with lifting or curling heavy ass weight with shit form, and I asked this question pink to get an average idea what everyone arm size is not talking about squats
 
a little over 18 i think. unsure of bodyfat but this pic is from last night. and you guys are right, the measurement is pointless without a picture/bodyfat percentage. a lot of guys are way off when they try to guess their bodyfat.

5'7" about 195, range between 10/12% bf and 19 at end of last cycle. just measured at 18 last night :( .... gram, you have some awesome shoulder size too dude..
 
Jaaaaaaa you know is true about those guys, and the worse things are they want to run aas with all that bf
 
Funny thing is, I am one of those guys. Within the top three strongest people on the forum at least. I am also a nurse, and very conscientious of my blood work. Just think its a little funny that its justifiable for you to take drugs to reach your goals, but not for me since I have a higher bodyfat. Ill just be over in the corner hitting some ass to grass squats with 700 raw while you call me fat some more.

Hey, I just dont get why we cant all get along in the weight training world. Me are a minority as is. Seems a little odd that a Mod would be the one to start the callout when just last week it was announced that any attacks would result in a ban.

It just comes down to the fact that many strength athletes are insecure about their body fat percentage and feel the need to attack bodybuilders, and bodybuilders are insecure about being weak and need to attack power lifters.

We should all come together and hate the new years resolution, and spring break fuck ups that waste our space for 2 months out of the year.
