arm size everyone cold flexed

Most people that call themselves powerlifters dont compete; the just walk around the gym saying they are PLers because they don't like the idea of cutting, or don't want to go through the effort. 308power competes. He is a powerlifter. In the immortal words of Brandon Lilly: "Just because you jerk off doesn't mean you aint a virgin. You aren't a powerlifter until you hit the platform."

A lot of BBers dont understand the PLing mentality, and assume they are just another fat guy that can't get cut. But they could never possibly know the dedication, the injuries, the physical sacrifice of what it takes to walk up on the platform and get under something so heavy that when you unrack it, even you cant believe you are f*cking stupid enough to decend with it--but you do. Whats worse is knowing that the weight that you are about to attempt tore your muscle from your bone the last time you challenged it. I have had my eyes bleed, my nose bleed, my ears ring for 20 minutes after a lift, and totally black out to fight a weight, that by all rights would be measured in fractional tonnage if it weren't in a gym. It is dedication on the highest level.

Who wants to call Donnie Thompson, or Dave Hoff fat? When you realize what it is that they do, probably nobody.

Gonna try des igf-1 maybe in a few weeks heard good things about it, but we ll see ill let tren push those bad boys up hopefully haha

Both of them have abs. Sidonnie Thompson is still a piece of shit though. Hate him so much.

Got one guro at the gym and asks me questions all the timr, just a young guy maybe 20 or so but wsnts to compete in the olympics but also wants the six pack or cut look lol, now wants to knock down a test cycle, truth be known there guys out there that want it all fast so they turn to steroids thjnking it will give them a massive amount of strength and get them where they wanna be aftet just 1 cycle, kinda off topic, but my point is either u wanna bb or lift for power and strength as a powerlifter, theres really no point in wasting your time talking to him cause he is one that also thinks he wont get shut down running a cycle taking hcg, that ended the convo pretty qiick hearing that lol

Good words. Here's the thing with powerlifting - as soon as you put the weight down, the battle is over.

Ever been 20 weeks without carbs, on under 2000 cals, 2 hours + intense cardio daily, 4 hours a sleep a night because you have to wake up at 3:00am to get your cardio in, on drugs that make every muscle in your body constantly cramp and charlie horse, spit up blood because your tongue is splitting from dehydration, have all of your hair fall out from drugs to increase vascularity and hardness, suffer from insomnia due to low glucose levels causing rapid decay in neurological functioning including entering into REM sleep due to no carbs, had to force your eye lids to close with your fingers because you have no moisture due to water depletion, daily posing practice, 3 hours a day to food prep, can't leave your house without at least 3 perfectly measured meals, plus a 6 day intense lifting regimen? In bodybuilding, it doesn't stop, ever. Do just one of the things I just mentioned...getting under heavy weight for one rep will seem like paradise.

I am no powerlifter by all mesns but when I want togun for pr's exspecislly deads I make ususlly one day of the week like a friday or saturday to lift heavy and gun for pr's other then that I train for the pump

And yes, I've ripped my left pec from the bone, blown my lower back, had nerve damage in my right bicep, and pulled both hamstrings because I do all that while I lift heavy.
