well my arms have hit a plateau and i took a week off.

last week i started arms again, but the prob is my arms are not responding.

i have the peak on bicep, so that is not my goal anymore.

got any workouts for arms that might actualy help them respond (cause it seems as if they are getting smaller...mabey just me)

one thing i was considering was just mixing it up every week(shocking them)

tell me waht you gusy think

in order for your arms to grow, you have to get bigger overall. It is very very hard to add .5-1 inch on your arms without gaining weight in the entire body.

i read that if u do arms on the same day as u do legs that they will grow because of the testosterone that is produced in the body from doin legs...so u might wanna give it a shot

One summer when I had a shoulder injury, I trained ONLY arms. They grew about 2.5 inches in 4 months. and I didnt really gain much weight. Thats why my arms are big for my build.

A muscle really can grow fast when its the only one you train. Thats when I was 17 years old on creatine.

You cant train up a peak, either u have it or not.

Anyways, what does youre routine consist of? how many sets and reps?

exactly..its a genetic thing you either have peak or you dont..i dont but what can you do!! lol

Well u cant, its genetics, i have a peak but not many of my friends have. Lou ferrigno didnt have and he´s arms where huge!

Try mixing up your exercises together and do 3 or 4 sets of "supersets" This might stimulate some more growth. Also, throw in some dumbell curls, cable curls, preacher curls( bar and dumbells). You can't keep doing the same routine with the same exercises. You have to continueously change up your routines to keep your body "Tricked" to keep on growing.

you listed your bis first so im going to assume you hit them first on arm day..If so try training your tri's first, plus the other advice given as well..

There is a program called the ONE DAY ARM CURE. You do biceps and triceps all day long. But you have to rest your arms atleast 5 days to a week after you do it. I dont have the workout sheet with me. A friend has it. I will try to get it from him and post it for you.

bump.

well today is arm day. I am thinking of doing this

3x5 skull crushers
3x8 pushdowns
3xfailure dips

3x5 straight bar
3x5 preacher
3x6 standing dumbell curls
