anyoine ever use it and how good is it just picked one up for 20 bucks just wanted to know if anyone else has used and liked it


if you dont know what it is its the thing arnold used in the movie pumping iron ...it keeps ur elbowws in place when doing curls

I,ve used it ,when you go really heavy in weight it will dig into the back of your arm.Great for isolation with lighter weights

It,ll do the trick ,it keeps you from cheating.... swinging your elbows.

I hate that friggin thing. I'm not big by any stretch of the imagination (16.5" arms) but the armblaster still manages to cut into my tri's and leave me with huge red lines for several days. Thats the main reason I quit using one.

I like it. You can also use the straight side of the preacher bench.
