arnolds routine, isn't this overtraining?

Not sure how one could keep up with this regularly and still be able to lift your best. I find if I do not have a day off every 2-3 workouts I start getting weaker and fatigued.

wouldn't working out this many sets this often be counterproductive?

So he worked-out, ate, slept... and nothing else before to start to be in movies and in political affair.

So if you were at 18 yeard old a one million-guy like he was through his grand-pa and dad gifts... you would train all the day like a machine...

if you live to train and eat and do nothing else yes I,m sure the recovery is that much quicker
