my cardio includes a nice swim in my backyard pool, around 20 laps each morning followed by a nice banana and milk and sugar smoothie, pitcher size with toasted bagels smothered in cream cheese with a side of 4 scrambled eggs and smoked salmon slices and fresh fruit salad for dessert with a nice glass of red Cabernet wine.
then a nice massage poolside by my female Asian masseuse with a happy ending.....
