Stopped it almost a week ago and things already seem to be improving (still weak and a bit tired, but dick is definitely back at least.)

Aright, I could use some advise. I was running a test only cycle (600mg) a week and had originally planned to run it 12 weeks. I started out running it with Aromasin. Through some unfortunate timing the first 10 weeks were not as productive as I had hopes in terms of gains so I decided to stretch it out to 16 weeks.
I finally figured out that the Aromasin I was taken as a precaution because I have some pubertal gyno was crashing my E2 even though the dosing was pretty low so I stopped it about two weeks ago. The thing is it did great at shrinking the lump I had while I was on it. The problem is I feel the lump getting a little sensitive now. No itchy or swelling nips, but slight sensitivity in the lump. Do I jump back on the Aromasisn or some Nolva or Clomid (I have both on hand) or tough it out for the last weeks and deal with it in pc?. I have letro, but really hate the sides and did not find it as effective for the gyno anyway, so I won't be using that.
To further complicate things I'm 42 and on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), so I was leaning toward not bothering with pct.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Technically Proviron is classified as an aromatase inhibitor but it is not usually seen as an A.I. it seems like arimidex and aromasin are the two main A.I.s everybody talks about. I am running 750 mg testosterone a week and 50 mg proviron per day. I have some water retention but nothing big. So I guess if you run proviron you are using an A.I........I like it because it increases the amount of free flowing testosterone in my bloodstream.

I was running a really low dose (6.25mg eod), but since it was an oral research chem maybe it was dosed incorrectly.
Should I try again but go to once a week or something?

Since you have pubertal gyno why don't you try a SERM to block those estrogen receptors in your breast tissue? Then maybe your E2 will return to normal and you will not have to worry about gyno. I know a lot of people take 20 mg nolvadex per day for gyno symptoms and bump it to 40 mg per day if the gyno problems continue. Since nolvadex does not stop aromatization of testosterone into estrogen and it stops gyno it may be your best choice. I have never had gyno before and I am new to A.I.s and SERMs but nolvadex seems to work for a lot of people. Just a suggestion.

As bad as it sounds I've been on a low dose of letro for about 6 months without ceasing. I dose E3D. Never had an issue with or without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in regards to sex drive and I've used plenty of compounds that could cause it, just never an issue with me. My only problem with using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like letro is that it is hard on the joints. I take a mean amount of glucosamine/condroitin/MSM every day, and it seems to help. I'd recommend Aromasin to anyone who doesn't have issues with gyno flares, but with me, even the slighest amount of estrogen will cause mine to flare up. Test and Dbol all the biggest culprits of this for me. At some point I need to have a blood test done to check all of my levels from the letro usage. I can only hope that I'm not doing any perma-damage to myself haha.

Actually there is a difference in the way the two work I mean both block estrogen receptors but they work differently......I think....... on the luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormones....I think one mimicks LH and one causes natural LH production but I am not good enough to know that off the top of my head....I will look it up for you.
By the way I am really jealous of you because you have a gorgeous Asian wife that loves you.....I would trade every Thai girl I have had for one beautiful Asian girl that loves me and wants to marry me. One day I will find her.
