well i'd probably wouldn't run a short ester with a long one in the first place...
but I always run my test half of my tren.
I've ran tren up to 2 grams and keeping test at 500, but i've also done the reverse. Overall the high tren wins in everything, you lose more bodyfat while bulking, more strength gains, etc.

I'm not as experienced as he is but I'd say not corn flakes. Frosted flakes is a sure thing, even some coco puffs would be a better choice.
