Aspirate

What is the proper way to aspirate?
I wanna make sure I am doing it right. I plan on injecting my quads and glutes.

Once the pin is in all the way, pull back on the plunger, you'll get an air bubble and your good to go. If you get blood your in a vain so pull out and try again.
