At the end of the 1st 3 weeks(my cycle update)

This is my 1st cycle
37 yr
Ht 6'
starting body wt 187
Current wt 191
Calories Approx 3400-3600 for the past 3 months.

Current cycle:
T Cyp 500mg/wk
HCG 250 iu 2x wk (started this week,week3)

Wk 1 noticed nothing
Wk 2 Noticed my blood pressure felt high had it check and was slightly elevated but not bad. Decided to watch sodium and discontinued coffee. Havent had a prob since.
Wk 3 Most would say its too early to tell but I feel it a little. Noticed a better pump at the gym and feel some strenght. Not much but my lifts are going up.

Thats it.

Do you guys think I need more calories than this? Was thinking of upping it to 3800.......MORE FOOD!!
 
You could up your cals but I would do it with protein. You should get at least 500gms of protein a day. This will help you pack on the muscle. Eat big and lift heavy through PCT and you will keep your gains....
