ATF squatting and Knees

Is it ok for your knees to go past your toes during an ATF squat?

What about on box squats? Should your legs (below the knees) stay perfectly perpendicular to the floor or can the knees also go over a little bit on box squats just so long as you keep your back from rounding?

If you're doing box squats right than you're sitting back and there's no way your knees can go past your toes. If your knees are going past your toes then you're sitting down instead of back.

your squat depth is fine hawk. just stay upright and youll be OK. once you get to the point where you knees may give you some probs you can start wrapping.

because of the mechanics of a squat the knees will travel forward abit on reg squats.
