Athlete Cycle help (jiu jitsu)

I am looking to get some advice on a cycle I can take that would work best for athletes.

I compete professionally in a Jiu Jitsu and at this level most/almost all are on some form of enhancers(we don't get tested). Since competing requires you to be flexiable, strong, amazing cardio and watching weight for weight cuts i would like advice on what type of cycle to run. I have done bulk ones in the past so I'm familiar with usage just not what to take for my purpose now.

Stats: 31yrs old
Weight: 170 (cut to 155)
Height: 5'8"
Training: 6x a week jiu jitsu
Weight train: 4 days a week.

Thank you!

so your goal is to be flexible, strong, amazing cardio and watch your weight?
how often do you compete?

Apologize for not explaining better. I don't want to take anything that will effect those things too much. I would like to gain strength without putting on too much size(because of weight cuts), I wanna recovery faster and use lean out much to make it easier for weight cuts.

so i myself am a brown belt and a high level competitor.. youre looking to cut to 155 yet run a cycle?? thats going to be tough..

whats your cycle history?

are you competing in adult or masters 1?

My walk around weight is 170 I'll compete anywhere from 170-155 in adult.

Last cycle I took was a few years ago, test, eq and tren.

I don't know how some of these guys do it or what they are on. Completely shredded and jacked at 155. My diet is good and obviously my cardio is high from training both jiu jitsu and wrestling all week.

I walk around at 170 and will cut to 155. I compete in adult, sometimes masters.

last Cycle a few years ago. Test, tren, eq

Cool love martial arts done a bit of competing my self jujitsu has blown up over the last few years I really don't understand the massive hype over it imo it's good to know how to defend yourself on the ground but f@;k trying to take a fight there not great for real world application especially if your fighting more than one person at a time
But to answer your question just run test and var or test tren var good luck brother

your major difficulty is that youre already 15lbs over your fighting weight.. given that you have to cut weight for your fight, and water.. and that you weigh in just minutes before your fight, i dont think its the right thing to do..

I agree with 3J. I'm a purple belt. With you already at the top end of your cut range, I can't see the merits of a cycle. How old are you? May have missed that. Otherwise, I would think peptides or GH may have some value for recovery etc

If I am dealing with more than one opponent in a fight, they will have to deal with my Glock before we engage in hand to hand combat.

Fair enough not bagging jujitsu just wondering what you guys think . Unfortunately over here in Australia gun laws are ridiculous and people can't carry weapons for self defense and the old days of getting into a fight we're it's one on one are long over usually it's one guy getting jumped by a few guys

Maybe Taser, knife, travel w friends, decent standup skills, and situational awareness come to mind if can't carry guns.

Or...Move to USA! Hahahaa good luck.

Sorry for hijack OP.

Yeah my bad I started hijacking first
Yeah I've done my fair share of martial arts just wondering what you guys that do train in jujitsu think about that and it's not so much that you can't get guns but if you get caught your in deep shit but it's the same with knives tasers guns there all considered concealed weapons
You can't even have a bb gun over here lol or those air soft things or paintball

wtf kind of screwed up place do you live in ;) i can't imagine leaving my house without conceal carrying my glock (feel naked without it), wife does not leave the house without hers either. Not that we need to carry, crime rate in my area is pretty much zero , but the freedom to do so is just engrained in our conscience i guess.
and for people in my area that don't conceal carry like myself , plenty of them open carry and pack heat on their side (pretty common to go to a local grocery store and regular citizens are carrying guns)

I couldn't imagine going grocery shopping and there just be guys walking round packing heat lol but at least you guys get the choice to do so you can't even get your gun license to own a rifle or shot gun if you've had driving offenses you have to wait ten years to apply if you've been caught speeding crazy shit

I'm 31, I feel like once I hit 30 my body said nope you are gonna recover like shit. I'm gonna take some time off from training after ADCC trails because I'll be doing more traveling for work.i figured that would be a good time to focus on leaning out and have a better recover time frame.

Glock, combat knife, then hand to hand. and if that still doesn't finish them off, they'll have to deal with my ex-wife, that is sure to squash them. :)

you should focus on recomping outside of the competition season.. the idea would be to stay at 160-170 while dropping bodyfat.. so youre more muscle than fat.. but that also means that you have to cut more water and be more zapped for your fight.. im an ultra heavyweight so i dont have to deal with these things

Your gonna control your weight with your diet, not the gear. That being said I agree wholeheartedly with 3J, gonna be a bitch cutting weight in the middle of a season and starting a cycle.
