Basically, when looking at a steroid to build muscle, what do we look at? The anabolic/androgenic rating of it? Im confused.

There isn't a steroid available today, that will aid in producing more lean tissue than testosterone.

That doesn't translate to muscle tissue. Lots of variables. I told you a ton of times Toco, I can't comment on trenbolone.
 
If I want to increase my aptetite for bulking, then Methylcobalamin is good to take, right?
But what is the difference between Methylcobalamin and B12?

I know that there is no such thing as B12. B12 refers to a range of cobalt-containing vitamer compounds among which Cyanocobalamin is
the common one.

Methylcobalamin is a biochemically successor compund in the body once B12 has converted in the human body.

But, if I just want to increase my aptetite and not pay shitloads of money to order methylcobalamin, can I just pop 2g regular B12/day which is a lot more cheapier?
