B-5 question

Hi Faye (and everyone else who can post up),
I've been doing the B-5 thing you suggested for the reduced acne while on Winstrol (winny). It seems to be doing great. My question is, after the third week at 1.5gm/day do I stay on that as a maintenance dose throughout the cycle?

I'm ending my third week now on Winstrol (winny) and I'm liking the results. I was starting to notice some acne on my face until the B5, and no voice changes yet. My strength feels really good and I don't feel I'm retaining water. I've been doing 5mg on all days (and 2-3 days I've went up to 10mg on my very heavy training days). I've even thought of doing 5 in the morning and 5 at night because someone had posted about Win not being in the blood stream long? I usually take it right after my morning training session? Would it be better to have some in me right before bed with some protein?

I would really like to get ahold of some Anavar (var). Esp for the weeks leading up to my competition. I'll be starting my comp diet at the end of this month - 12 weeks out from my show. I'm so motivated to diet - isn't that sick? Does anyone else get "excited" about dieting?

Im not sure what Faye has recommended with regards to the b5 assault on acne. But from what I understand, thereis no ramp up or down with B5, whatever dose you are seeing results at is the dose you want to stay on. But Im no expert with B5.

Definitely split up your winstrol. One in the AM, one in the PM.

If you are only taking winstrol one time a day, it should be before your workout, not after. I could explain the theory but it would take forever. If you want I can share some links with you when I get the time to find them.

I defintiely do not get excited about dieting as much as I get excited about watching my body change.
 
Sorry I didn't see this earlier, but Biggie is right on. Matience doses of B5 are 1-1.5 grams per day, I'm glad it's working for you.

I also agree with Biggie, one 5 mg tab in the am, BEFORE you workout and another at night.

I get excited about dieting too. That last for about 2-3 weeks and then I'm pretty over it lol.
