Ok. My bloat still hasn't gone away and it's been almost 4 months. That was my first cycle and was only taken for one month. It seems like I've gotten an uncommon irreversible side-effect which will be hard to live with. It gets even worse after a meal. This was never a problem before the cycle. My face wouldn't get big at all and was always skinny. Now i look different just because of a short one-month cycle. I used to be good looking. And now i lost it all forever. I feel like ending this piece of sh&t i call life. I might just do it one day maybe live it up for a couple months and then put myself out of this misery...Well thanks for the help anyway guys... Seems like letro didn't even help me. I've hit rock bottom. Goodbye!

Alrighty then we ve estalished the root cause..it s psychological man. if you think you are fat..small..bloated..it s what you will see.
Are you n the prk s still ? They have their own bloat and mental issue s that come with there use and abuse man...not to mention coming off.
Roiid s are notorious with the mind..a oft overlooked side effect dude.
I believe you cycled due to a body image probem..like most of us. you wanted to improve..
Your mental..just like me my man...not flaming..I dance around depression..image problems..emotionl roller coaster ride..etc...IT S A HARDLIFE

I know i didn't get fat because i weigh one pound less than before the cycle. The rest of my body is skinny but my face just gets big especially after a meal. It feels bloated and kinda hurts when i smile. I guarantee that this is bloat or something that is definitely not fat. All the forums that i've read said that no one gets permanent face bloat. Am i the very first person to EVER get permanent face bloat? It's really hard to deal with especially since girls were into me before this horrible side-effect took over my ability of living life.
I can't eat salty foods anymore because it makes my face even more huge. So pretty much ALL the best-tasting foods are off-limits forever(which never happened before the cycle. I could eat whatever i wanted and my face would look and feel fine). I have to diet for the rest of my life because of this regretful cycle. I seriously can't believe that AAS has permanent physical side-effects such as this.
I used to have a great looking face but now it's like a balloon. Why even go to Bars and clubs anymore. I can't smoke weed or drink alcohol because i heard it will suppress testosterone and/or raise estrogen. So all the joys in life are pretty much gone. I guess you don't know what you have until it's gone.
So if i can't eat good food, smoke weed, or drink alcohol, (anything that tastes good or feels good) then what's the point of living. can't LIVE. I can't enjoy a whole lot of anything really...

Dude you are CLINICALLY depressed..I m the poster child for all this..in my day I d stay in for weeks after losing my 1 st career...you cannot..CANNOT..do this alone..please go see someone as I KNOW the symptoms and you got em.
You need your test checked..mine was 110..less than half..
If your level s are mid range you re lacking serotonin or something else.
All you noob s reading this take heed..this is one of the possible, if rare, side effects of hormonal crash...
Do not do anything you can t fix..took me 18 months to get back to walking, holding my own dick etc...and you can t fix dead.

Well, If I have Hormonal Crash, then what can i do to fix this problem? I took letro for a little bit and i'm deciding to stop since it works for the bloat but doesn't last.
And correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't Letro raise testosterone? So what am i doing wrong? My dick still stands up but doesn't seem like it gets as erect but it's like 85%. How can i recover from this? This is all i think about. I hate waking up in the morning and i try not to look in the mirror when going to the bathroom because it will only make me feel worse...

Natural body building is all about nutrition and training bro. If you were to just be patient and heal up from surgery and all, start back in the gym and diet with emphasis on bloat and I KNOW you can reverse such an adverse effect of steroids. You just have to get your natural hormone levels back to were they were when you didnt have facial bloat. Then if you diet for body building clean, you can get what you want. Its just going to take 3times longer. Dont act rash bro, it will be ok
