Back Acne post Test E cycle and currently in PCT

I'm sure you've got the just of my problem from the title but to explain a little more...

I ran my first test E cycle for 12 weeks at 500mg per week. Ran Arimidex throughout cycle and all the way to the day before I stated PCT about 19 days after my last jab. The PCT I have started consists of Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20. I'm only a week into PCT and feeling absolutely fine, have suffered no side effect throughout my cycle apart from these back spots. There isn't a great deal of them, but I never have any spots so finding them a little gross!

Any pointers on what can take care of them?

Did you get mid cycle bloodwork at all?
How long after your last injection did you wait to start PCT?

Make sure your showering and washing the affected area twice a day.. Exfoliate it once a day. You could see a doc and get some anti-biotics, but imo they aren't usually that effective and only work in the short term. Tanning helps to hide it. Alcohol wipes help. Or you could get some creams from the doc, but a combination of the first few should work if its only minor.

I had it bad on my chest and I just found something that actually works. Dawn dish soup with one of those sponge looking things and scrub the shit out of it every time you shower, like 2-3 times a day

Whoops.. Forgot to mention the most effective treatment: Zinc. Works wonders, i had bad acne on the back, chest and neck. Dosed at 100mg daily for two weeks then dropped to 50mg daily for another two weeks or so.. Cleared me right up. If you go with zinc (at 50mg+) you need to supplement with copper aswell. I use a multi containing copper.
