I was originally a critic - but I cannot fault your dedication, your stubbornness and your desire.

I know you'll hate to agree with this, but even though you took criticism badly, you have listened to it, learned from it and it's made you a more rounded person.

Well done on your diet adjustments too bud... you're finally getting there.

Btw, a recomp in my mind is losing fat and adding muscle simultaneously. Not sure that's what u meant. It takes longer but it's my preference instead of cutting, bulking etc.

You probably want to do a clean bulk after you've reached your cut goal and add tren back in with yur trt test

Oh, and good job staying with it, we can definitely see progress. Although a few different poses wouldn't hurt

Yes and thats what I plan on doing bro, 13 weeks now on this cut, gonna take a break from dieting down and keep the cals at maintanence with keeping my protein and fats the same jist filling the remander with carbs to reach my maintanence kcal and hopefully put some lean mass on while chopping some bf as well, will also help upregulate a bunch of stuff incl my thyroid :)

Kept pro at 275g throughout the course
Only cycledd my carbs for about a couple weeks tho to try it out, majority of the time for he last month or so my diet looks like this, carbs were set for pre/post wo, 50g per pre and post w/o
Sundays were my refeed days after measurements :)

The last few weeks just been eating the same for refeed lol, 1 large pizza, 200g torbelom choc bar, and bag of jelly beans, keeping pro at 225 on refeed day lol, water seems to go after the second day, and then start equaling out on the scale in a few days after my refeed, the rest becomes bf loss
The purpose of my refeed is I dont wanna touch the stuff for another week, so sick by the time of my last bite, usually eat as much as I can in one sitting lol, so kinda like a big big cheat meal and jist drink shakes throughout the day till the big refeed
Back up to maintanence cals now tjo started this week, added tren in the mix of things so hopefully put on some lbm while chopping some more bf ( recomp)

We will see 13 weeks of dieting on low carbs, time to eat at maintanence for a week to upregulate of bunch of stuff incl my thyroid lol, so I might drop down to dieting down again, we will see how my measurements are on sunday
 
Sorry if I missed it, how much do u weigh now? Your left arm looks tiny compared to your right, probably just the posing. Anyway, looks like your achieving your goals. Good work
