back and current cut pics

Snowpatrol, I have calculated my tdee, its 2700 kcals a day with my current weight
Only way I coukd figure this is I am burning more then what I am takig in, due to my job always on the move running carts out back and forth, plus now the added tren kickin my metabolism one step further, weighed myself last sunday, and droped rougly 1 1/2 pound, 1/4" off waist line, waist is now sitting at 32 3/4, started out on my cut with a 39 inch waist lol

Yeah, I think you understand already, but basically what I'm saying is your TDEE (TOTAL daily energy expenditure) is, for the moment, higher than 2700 if you are losing weight @ 2700cal ED.

Normally 2700 might be your maintenance with no cardio and 5 days * 75 minutes in the gym; but the extra stuff (work, walking to the gym etc) makes your TDEE higher.

BMR doesn't change much when you stay at a certain bodyfat/weight, but TDEE can change quite a bit based on external factors like work, cardio, even the amount of sleep you're getting can affect it slightly.
 
Havent followed here for a while, but thats how you look on steroid? No hate bro but you could of achieved that naturally within 2 yrs, if i see someone going the juice they must be big, lean and fuking strong. Nowaday people are lazy and just want fast results, just remember once you're off, you're gonna look even worse.
 
Calipers read 10% bf, did the 3 point and read 8% lol, but the skinfold above hip bone reads 10% bf, used an analizer as well ( electronic), and read 10% as well
Pumped my chest tonight and the striations in the shoulders and chest were very noticable that people were commenting, little things like that and the stares u get keep u motivated and keep striving even harder
Took the neg comments and turned them into positive motivation, def feel a lot better with the lower bf, and def a lot more stares and comments as well, thanks

I know what they are and what they do. The whole point of taking steroids is to look UNNATURAL, if you can look natural with steroids what is the point of taking them in the first place?

Heres my natural transformation in 7 month, from 211lb to 160lb, Hard work + good diet.
I dont look like that anymore, im 35lb heavier with a bit more fat.

Who said im fat right now? I said a bit more fat and more water, I was 9%bf in the after pic, now im 13% but 35lb heavier and im only 5'7, in that before pic i was around 25% at 211 now 13% at 195, theres a big difference, so i think i've came a long way.
 
Your back again protobuilder, lol. Matt is on TRT anyways. Not everyone is here to look like a mutant, and even if he was, it's a work in progress. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Thats a good tranformation man, never knocked on the transformation, doing it naturally or doing steroids still takes hard work and disipline, like stated above steroids are not magic, again nice tranformation, keep up the good work
 
Been on maintamence cals for a few weeks now, going to cycle my carbs
1 day high ( sunday)
3 moderate ( maintanence)
3 low ( 500 cals below maintanence)

Pretty much dropping my carbs for breakfest on low days, carbs set for pre and post w/o
Moderate days, carbs as usual, breakfest, pre/post w/o
High day, fats low, cheat day lol, eat whatever I crave during the week, pretty much just one big cheat meal, usually by wed the bloat from the sodium is gone and start to equal out on the scale again, been working great for me keeping things in check and strict during the week, 6 days outta the week I am very strict and keep to my plan
Usually after my big cheat meal, I eat till I get that awful feeling in my stomach where I dont want to touch that stuff for another week, so bloated its unreal but everything starts to really tighten up due to the bloat lol, looks great when u see those veins pop that u didnt see before ha
Use to bother me as I felt quility doing it, but doesnt anymore, hey were human, we got to live and splurge every once in awhile, I look at it as people drink at times, I dont drink so why not enjoy a nice cheat meal of whatever I want once a week
I figure it helps crank the metabolism one step further, my body is always guessing lol

you're face look so leaner in that new pic.. you look very different, good job on the cut; cheat meals are fine man... when I have one i have the same prob as you.. i eat like hamburgers + fries.. and end up eating 3/4 of a jumbo cheerios box with a couple piece of bread with peanut butter and honey.. and a banana on top of that.... feels 'guilty' after it but w/e at least I had a good time stuffing myself ;P
 
Well got a bf scan today to confirm where I stand, calipers, tape measure theory and now the scan confirms I am in the range of 9.5% to 10% range as of today, super pumped as I thought I was in the 12% range :)
 
Yeah i will in a few months, was going to play this out get down as much as I can bf wise, then put some mass on come the fall months, hit my target goal in 16 weeks of my cut
The fun is just beginning the veins that I havent seen before are starting to pop up ed, a new vein appears ed, kinda love that look exspecially the ones that pop out in your core lol
Some chicks at work commented and said the veiny muscle look is sick, oh well some chicks like it, some dont, but who cares what they think anyways as I enjoy it :)

Went from 23% bf after a shitty bulk lol to 9% bf in 16 weeks
What I was on for 14 weeks of my cut test e 200mg/ week
Tried the eca stack for one week and hated it, made me feel like shit
Added tren a 3 weeks ago at 150mg eod along side my 200mg test e dose
Going to bump my test up to 400mg /week along side my tren a 150mg eod as well starting next week
I want to put some mass on tho lol and eat haha, love eating lmao

Macro's at maintanence 2700 kcals, 290p, 225c, 55f
500 cal deficit 2200 cals 290p, 130c, 50f
High days, unlimited ( one big cheat meal) till I cant eat nomore in one sitting, but been the same meal throughout my cut, that includes pizza, jelly beans, torblerone bar 400g lmao, usually does it, dont want to eat like that for another week, and fuels me up for the week
