back and current cut pics

Matt - you should also try different lighting and how you hold the camera gives different effects . Remember its not always how you look , its how you come off on the pictures .

Alot of guys in these muscle forums dont look that good in person but snapped off some great pics with the right lighting & camera angle .

Overhead lighting & floor lighting/rear lighting can also be use to manipulate the look . Take pics in different locations and right after workouts especially .....~Bo

Yeah just gotta make my mind up what I want to do dieting wise the start of next week, lean down some more, eat at maintanence ( recomp), or a lean bulk 2 to 300 kcals over maintanence, suggestions on which route I should consider, thanks

with tren at 200-300 calorie over maintenance I'm pretty sure you will grow without gaining fat.. Maybe you could have 1-2 low cal days during the week to drop some fat if you feel like you wanna be leaner

Yeah thats what I was thinking sam I can make adjustments to my diet if needed when measurement day comes around, actually with the current diet plan I have been on works out awesome to fill in or drop set carbs when neededprotein, and fats are around the same range give or take, carbs I adjust when needed

I have to pay some cedit to ripzilla, the guy helped me out big time, teaching and learning how to diet properly, learned a lot from rip in alittle bit of time, the dude knows his shit thats forsure, thanks again rip
For the people like myself before or the ones that say steroids transformed this dude, not true
Knew it wasnt my training that was faulting maybe abit, I changed my routine to " hit" dorian yates bloods and guts, same theory just switch it up from time to time

As far as steroids go , the people that think steroids work magic and are for the lazy people that dont want to work for it, not true at all
U still have to diet properly and train properly to get the full benifits from steroids
I learned that myself the hard way
Love the whole aspect of the gym, the pump, the feel, the stares, the comments u get outside the gym, who doesnt, its what keeps us motivated exspecially on a cut lol
The gym is my addiction, I treat it that way, I live for it, think about it all the time, and still got improvements to make but who doesnt, it s like a car thats all done up, u just keep adding parts to it, and never satified nomatter how great it sounds or looks

Yeah fav meal of the day thats forsure :)
Like meal 4 as well, make a homemade burger to go along with the pita bun and a cup of rice, goes down nice and taste awesome
Just add alittle bit of egg white, not much at all, some spices and holds the meat just fine, taste better then store bought hamburgers, add 1 tbsp of low cal, low sugar ketchup, taste amazing
Obviously I like to add flavour to my food lol, if u eat the same stuff ed, it makes it not so boring what so ever, just make sure u count the nutrition value in the sauces u use as well, I try to use sauces low in cals obviously

Hardest part about bodybuilding is eating, IMO.

It's usually the last piece of the puzzle, as well...once you have it down things start to come together nicely, as you've shown

I use to look at guys ripped and big and be like wtf he is only curling 30lbs db's and benching 225lbs or less
My point being is that those guys that u looked at thinking to yourself they should be lifting way more then that know how to properly use strict form controlling the negative as well as the positive and getting a complete great pump doing so creating more muscle growth as a result of using good form!
Like stated everything comes together and for myself def not concerned if the guy next to me is lifting more then me, completely focused on what I gotta do that day in the gym
