I have this trainer in the gym .
Actually he doesnt train me but sometimes i ask him to spot me.. i did back today .. 225 lbs t-bar for 8 reps :) :) my gym doesnt have a tbar machine so wat we do is that we put all the weight at one end and stick the other end of a barbell at the wall`s corner.. and do it..arnold used to do that way :) (better than machine in my opinion)

But the trianer said that i m lacking back mass even though its defined..
whats the way to gain back mass??
i doo ---->
pull ups
chain pulley front
chain pulley back
single arm dumbbell rowing
barbell rowing
t-bar

Deadlifts is the best exercise for back mass, t-bar rows and pull-ups are all great too.

yeh i doo deads at the end of my back workout and sometimes on shoudler days aswell..

bent over barbell rows..oh yehh i doo that also 2set with normal grip and 2 with reverse grip...

thnx for the advice matez

do deads no more than 1 time a week and do the first after a warmup . deads and squats are heavy compound movements and should be done when fully rested at the start of the workout .

i feel dead myself if i do dead lifts at the start of my back workout, so i do it int he end when i am through with all the other sets ..i usually dont have any energy left if i begin my workout with dead lifts..

i do pretty average deadlifts (10 reps with 225 lbs maximum ) but bent over barbell ows is my weak point..i cant go heavy with that..max is 150 lbs

thnx
