I have this trainer in the gym .
Actually he doesnt train me but sometimes i ask him to spot me.. i did back today .. 225 lbs t-bar for 8 reps
my gym doesnt have a tbar machine so wat we do is that we put all the weight at one end and stick the other end of a barbell at the wall`s corner.. and do it..arnold used to do that way
(better than machine in my opinion)
But the trianer said that i m lacking back mass even though its defined..
whats the way to gain back mass??

pull ups
chain pulley front
chain pulley back
single arm dumbbell rowing
barbell rowing
t-bar
