Back to the gym after a rest for three years!

Hello...

I am new to this forum. I do lifting since 2005 but I had to stop in 2010 because I did a surgery for my right hand (RIGHT HANDED) body was dry veins popped out. a small accident happend and a piece of glass went inside the hand cutting everything there!!

I am back to the gym since a while and just started my cycle lately. I am using somatropin (4 I.U. ED) + test P (200mg EOD) + clen (40 to 120 in 2 weeks on and off). I am focusing more on losing fat but still wanna get back the muscles I had before. I gained 25kgs after I stopped working out, I used to be 72-70kgs now I am 96kgs. Had a waist 28' now I am 36 its so disappointing, summer is on the doors and I gotta lose some fat and be back in shape.

Any recommendations for a fat loss cycle? I do lift 5x a week and cardio + diet 6x a week.
 
Your just coming back after 3 years from an injury and your doing a cycle already?? Why don't you ease yourself back into the gym and build up strength?? Get you body into routine again. If you have your diet in check losing fat is easy.

No actually I stopped working out and cycles from 3 years, but I am back to the gym from a while and being doing good but now I am starting my cycle. My body is back to routine by now.
