Is it safe to say that there is no chance that semen can penetrate the vagina somehow....Im not sure how long sperm can live....I had sex with this girl back to back three times and wiped it off and put another condom on. as long as you did not get it on your fingers and on the outside of the new condom you put on you should be good to go.

Yes it should be safe, as long as you do not contaminate the outside of the new condom. As far as the life-span, a sperm can live a few hours in the open air.
