Bad Cramping taking place and it sucks

TT of 2377 on 500mg a week? That kind of sucks.

Good luck getting your estradiol under control. Watch your kidneys and liver. They are not looking so great.

Bananas, lots of water and even beans will do the trick.

Definitely. A few days ago, I started eating 1 banana a day. Should I increase to two or more?

Why's that?

Any recommendations/thoughts beyond lots of water, bananas, and adex?

TT of 2377 on 500mg per week is pretty low. I would expect you to be around double that.

NAC for your liver.

Kidneys: water. Watch the medications and supplements. Not excessive protein. Your kidneys aren't that bad though. You probably just need more water.

UPDATE:

I'm in ~week 3 of PCT and got my blood tested a short time ago. I jogged a little and it appears the cramping has significant diminished/disappeared, but I haven't pushed myself quite yet.

Any thoughts on the blood work?

Liver and kidneys still look bad.

You have not been donating blood. Your hematocrit is really high.

PCT hasn't taken hold yet, unless you were hypogonadal prior to your cycle as well. Are you sure you didn't start PCT too soon?

Were you fasted for these labs. Glucose is a little high.

Looks like you need to take better care of yourself.

Yes, and I'm not sure why. I have not been donating blood, nor do I live in a high altitude, nor am I a smoker. I drink ~ 1 gallon a day of water/coffee (coffee makes up, say, 25oz of that).

I started clomid (100mg/day, then decreasing after that) about 10 days after my last steroid injection and was well off of oral by that time.

I'm not sure if I was hypogonadal prior to this cycle. I very well might have been. Not sure what to do in that case...

No, not fasted. I'm basically on a 3J diet right now. Once again, I'm not sure why my results are coming in so strange

I'm not sure what this means

I've been taking NAC since my last blood test.

What ester were you running?

The whole cycle was pretty simple: Testosterone Cypionate, Turinabol, Arimidex and Clomid, not including various supplements (like NAC, taurine, etc.)

Brother, do you have any idea what your numbers were before cycle? Thats ultimately the only way to know how well you're recovering.

So you only waited 10 days after your last injection to start PCT? That isn't long enough.

Why would you run clomid on cycle. Clomid is used in PCT.

using testosterone raises your HCT and donating blood lowers it. It reads like you are not aware of this.
You should do something about this very soon - you are at the point where you may no longer be eligible to donate because it is already too high.

I don't and I feel like an ignorant moron for not getting blood work prior to starting. I was off for years, so I assumed everything was good to go.

I do so because I was instructed to by a well-respected member of this forum.

Further, based on the stickies, it appears that, depending on what ester, 1-2 weeks before starting PCT is what is recommended for non eq/deca based cycles (in those cases, you might want to wait up to 3 weeks). As such, his recommendation didn't seem too egregious.

No, I was not aware of that. I'm eager to learn and am trying to absorb as much information as possible.

Per further thought, I think a sticky along the lines of, "Bloodwork, why it's important and how to read/interpret the results" would make for an excellent sticky.

I'm working on a resolution for my hct level, but I'm interested in thoughts about Clomid. Should I stay at 50 mg/day for another, say, 2-4 weeks (I'm in the ~3rd week now and I started at 100mg/day)

Austinite wrote a thread on that very subject. Just have to use the search bar. You are not the first guy to ask many if these questions. The answers are at your fingertips.
