Thanks Kane, I have a similar post on another board with a good amount of response. Majority states it is a scam. Others state they have seen this before.

i've seen some case of open-wrap, but not similar as your, your one is a scam job.

I agree it was ur source that fucked u , I got fucked by serotropin they send me a box empty and retaped it,and it passed customs,they make it look like someone retaped it after snatching ur gear, u got fucked my friend next time order from uncle z, he is no joke clown and a reliable source,...
 
that sounds odd. As a shipper, I've made order mistakes before and had to open and reseal a package before shipping. If it was customs or the PO they would use their own tape and probably have a letter with letterhead not inside the box, but outside it. It sounds like your package was mailed empty with a letter in it. how clever.
 
I wish we could make a thread that read like this: if you've been scammed by a company place there name here. that way we could check people experiences before purchase all at one spot. If theres anything like this out there let me know.
