Good post Easto! Very sharp but the most amazing part for me is, watch how that kid keeps the opposite hand glued to his chin when he's striking with the other... and every time he alternates strikes/punches, the other hand comes right back to the chin. That's perfect form. Even alot of pro's cant keep that form.
