Bcaa and glutamine

i usually use xtend and add some extra leucine (i buy this bulk)..old extend did taste better.

for bulk unflavored bcca..you can try add in some gatorade powder for flavor..works well.

you can also try recover-pro or ultimate bcca 12000(comes flavored and un-flavored)...good bang for buck and has a lot of servings.

i use bcca only intra..so a tub lasts me a long time...

Wow... look at all the NTBM reps jumping in to try and sell you your soul. Would put a bade taste in my mouth. This stuff is actually very cheap, just dont get caught up in brand name crap - and get powders.

Example:
1000g ON Glutamine Powder - less than $40 (200+ servings at ~5g)
1000g primaforce BCCA powder - Less than $60 (200+ servings at ~5g)
1000g Creatine Mono powder - About $20 (200+ servings at ~5g)

Thats 6+ months supply for $120...

They are definately useful, especially BCAAs when cutting. I take Glutamine,BCAAs and creatine mixed with my protein drinks. Powders are the way to go, cheap and exactly what you want.

As for powerchews? I bought some, disliked them... have to eat 6 to get energy and im pretty sure thats just the caffiene kicking in with my coffee... they are large, chalk, gritty. Rather stick with pre workout capsules or shake... capsules are convienent. You'll be wasting your money on powerchews trading in 6+ months supply for 1 months... worth the extra money? Not at all.

Wow, quick to judge...also just trying to help a fellow brother out here too as well. Yes, I am a NTBM rep, and wanted to recommend a product that I know is better than sub-par supplements that I have used in the past. Look, I am not going to sit here and bash and argue, what I recommend is what I do...I take 10 grams at a time, if you opinion is that it is a waste, that is your opinion. I have been in the Iron Game for 18 years, am a competitive bodybuilder, and this is my passion...one of the reasons I was asked to be a rep for NTBM. But I don't have to justify...if money is an object for this guy then sure he can find Glutamine, Creatine, and BCAA's bulk from another company, by all means. I was suggesting to him a product line that I know is better in quality than most, more expensive, slightly, but with 15% discount it brings it down a bit. I know I don't put a cost on my health and what I put in my body, but that's just me. Just don't bash NTBM and reps trying to assist others out here...that is what I try and do...help others. People have their own mind...take it or not!

No heart feelings...no bad blood, just good ol' brothers helping one another!
