Beat to $HIT

I am going have to start dating an orthopedic surgeon. I work out, keep good form, but my tendons and joints are screaming.

I know you guys are lifting heavy and i am not trying to complain but are you guys feeling beat to $hit to?

update. just got MRI back ...... labrum tear in shoulder ! fun fun fun.

doc said when i fully extend it puts the most pressure on it so it is either surgery or half reps on chest and should days.
 
Yeah, the heavy lifting over the years has been hurting my joints too. That is why I am wanting to get on some GH and run Deca year round. lol. Dude, you should look in to that TB500 peptide. Some guys claim it really helps with the joints, tendons, and healing overall. But yeah, getting old sucks man.
 
thanks for the reply, doctor said doing partials would help but he also rushed me out of there so i am getting a second opintion.... i will look into the TB500
