Hello everyone. Been on here a few times wrestling with the idea of getting on the gear. No experience at all except research. Some of the stickys for first time cycles have been extremely helpful and completely changed my approach and expectation for what I want. Diet was crap for a long time. 6'2 weighed 270. Got the diet in check and down to 230 and would like to be about 210 before starting a cycle. I don't know that I'll post much, I'm probably not the first to ask beginner questions and the search function usually answers me. If I do ask a repeat question sorry.

32 I am 6'2 230. Was 270 down to 230. Diet is much better though still not perfect. Been training since 16. Had a few injuries a few years ago that made it difficult to train. Hence blowing up to 270. But injuries and weight are being taken care of. Bf is hard to determine. I live in a remote area and it's hard to find a place that has calipers. The electronic scale said 24% when I was 270. Haven't checked recently. But there's a big difference. At least I can start to see veins in my arms again. It's going to be a while before I start a cycle. I would like to get down to 210 before starting any gear and would like to end up about 220. More interested in strength and conditioning that getting huge. Hopefully I answered everything. If not, let me know and I am More than happy to answer any question. And I absolutely appreciate the help.

It sounds like you are probably a little high in body fat to cycle right now, so keep cutting like you said. During that time do as much research as you can about cycling and post cycle therapy (pct). When you feel you have a good cycle and PCT layout ready, come back on the forum and post it. People will help you critique it.
