befor and after diet picks

check out my befor and after diet, I can;t believe that I have cut up so much, I went from 11 or 12% to close to 6 % thanks to everybodies advice. much aprreciated.

stats was 6'4 225 12% now i'm like 212- 215 and feeling ripped as hell.

I am basicall on the low carb high protein. no pastas breads, lots of veggies and bran and protein...
 
Awesome work bro, you don't seem to have lost any LBM during the cut, you actually look like your bi's are bigger (hard to tell from pic)
 
I'll try to get some more pics.. My cardio consist of either 20 minutes on tread mill two to three times a week. Also I play basket ball from time to time, that is where the real fat burning occurs.

Supplements ? You seem pretty hard looking still which I find hard to do with out carbs how low did you keep your carbs ? NAd did you take any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) to help maintain mass?
 
I am currently on cycle but a very mild one, I can look at juice and grow. I am a big fan of the low dose cycle. I am taking 200mg of eq every ten days for the past five weeks I plan on doing that for 12 - 15 weeks, i also take 100mg of cyp a week, I am on hrt that is what the cyp is for, as I think and so does my endocrinologist that my system is permanantly partially shut down.

for my diet I cut out all breads and pasta's except on cheat days, and most of my carbs come from bran muffins in the morning. usually every morning I eat 10 egg whites at the all you can eat buffet at school and I usually have a protein shake, and at lunch ussually have a salad with turkey and coupple of eggs and some fruit.. for supper I ussually have chicken or prime rib with veggies which include mushrooms and green beans. the past week or so though I have been having couple extra carb days and not eating as well.
