Had the same issue when I cut after high school. That gel/cream women use following pregnancy to tighten up their skin will work wonders following surgery. It's expensive and you'll need to run it for 90 days, but it also makes any stretch marks waaaay less visible.

Surgery costs $12,000... Luckily I haven't gone on vacation in a while...dumping out my entire bank account on this but its going to be 100% worth the freedom. Its about a 6 week recovery...and..also test e cycle is on its way for the first cycle!
