Beginner 1st Cycle

Week 1 - Test Cyp 500mg D-bol 20mg/day
Week 2 - Test Cyp 500mg D-bol 20mg/day
Week 3 - Test Cyp 500mg
Week 4 - Test Cyp 500mg Winstrol - 50mg
Week 5 - Test Cyp 250mg Winstrol - 50mg
Week 6 - Test Cyp 250mg Winstrol - 50mg Clomid - 100mg/day
Week 7 - Winstrol - 50mg Clomid- 100mg/day
Week 8- Clomid- 50mg/day



I'm currently 5'10 188lbs. Im looking to get cut and maybe get a little mass. I am more interested in getting cut. I will be doing a 3-day full body workout which consists of:

45mins of cardio - 5 days a week
Interval running for the last 10 mins - 2 days a week

Flat Bench Press - 3 sets of 10
Dumbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets of 10
Upright Rows - 3 sets of 10
Lat Pulls - 3 sets of 10
Bent over Rows - 3 sets of 10
Biceps Curls - 3 sets of 10
Triceps extensions - 3 sets of 10
Squats - 3 sets of 10
Knee Extensions - 3 sets of 10
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10
Calf Raises - 6 sets of 20
Lower Back hyperextensions - 3 sets of 10

Curl ups (with feet on a bench) - 6 to10 sets of 50

Im going to cut my carbs way back and eat mostly lean meat and fish.

Any advice or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks
 
For a first cycle you should do the following:

1) Scrap the Dbol and Winstrol (winny). You only need 1 compound on your first cycle, and that should be Test. I really don't like cutters for a first cycle, but that's really your choice. It doesn't fully allow you to see how you react with the steroid as their are so many variables (diet, excessive cardio)

2) 2 weeks of Dbol is a waste of dbol, and running 2 orals in one cycle is less than advisable. Especially 2 orals which can both have a strong negative effect on your liver (not to mention hairloss, joint problems, bloat)

3) With cutting diet is really the key not steroids. Steroids will merely allow you to maintain muscular mass and if your lucky *possibly* lean you out a little, depending on the compound that your running.

4) If you bent on running an oral, I would run Anavar in the last 6 weeks. It is less harsh than winstrol (both on your body and hair), less suppressive. I've noticed it shed some fat from my waist, but it will most definitely make you harder and more vascular depending on your BF %.

5) There is no need to taper up or down with the testosterone. Keep the dosage constant. You post cycle therapy (pct) doesn't make any sense, and tells me you haven't really done your research. You start post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks AFTER you last shot of testosterone, as it takes that amount of time to clean your system. post cycle therapy (pct) should look like this in your case:

Weeks 1-8 - Test Cyp @ 500mg/wk
Weeks 11-12 - 100mg clomid ED
Weeks 13-14 - 50mg Clomied ED
Weeks 15-? Continue clomid therapy if required, get blood tested to confirm.


6) I don't like full body workouts, but that's my preference. I'm assuming you know what works for you, so stick to what you know works.
 
Ok thanks!!!! What would be your suggestion for the first cycle and the workout program. im 5'10 188lbs somewhere between 15%-20% BF. I really want to be more defined and less bloated. This is advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for the quick reply
 
First: Age/Training History/Exact goals for your cycle

@ 5'10 190lbs with 17.5% BF I think you could stand to lose a little fat and gain some muscle before starting with steroids. I think you'd be better off you cut up naturally, drop your body fat to around 12% (which you could do in a 2.5-3.5 months if you work hard). Then do a nice clean bulking cycle. I honestly think it's best if you wait for now.

So if i got on the cycle u prescribed earlier i wouldnt cut up? Do i have too much body fat on me for the stuff to do anygood or what? Im just asking i dont know hahha.... Thanks again
 
23yrs old Firefighter i worked out 4 times week and did cardio almost everday i went home on leave for 3 weeks and gained 10lbs. i was 178lbs when i left and i could see a mini 4 pack haha. i just want to be a little bit bigger and be SHREDDED. i've said it a million times but the advice is GREATLY appreciated

You are doing all that, in one session, 3 times a week?

There isn't any steroid that will cut you up. The only real purpose for using steroid while cutting is to maintain your muscle mass and/or strength. Getting cut up depends solely on your diet/cardio and possibly genetics (some guys are lucky to be naturally ripped - nothing you can do about that except train harder).

I don't know what your work schedule is like, but I think a conventional 3 or 4 day split would yield better results for you. Also, I think steroids would be wasted at this point in time if you cut up. My opinion is that you should drop your BF to around 12 then do a nice lean mass cycle. You really don't need to take steroids to drop your BF right now and you don't have a large amount of muscle mass that you need to support with steroids (no offense). So, I would say cut up naturally, then do a cycle. I think you'll be much happier with the results.

Tuesday - Abs and Cardio
Wednsday - Back and Bi's 30 min cardio
Thursday - Abs and Cardio
Friday - Legs No Cardio
Saturday - Shoulders Easy cardio
Sunday - Abs and Cardio

That was my workout schedule before i left on leave to go back to the states. Thanks again and no offense taken i know i have ALOT of work ahead.
 
don't taper the test...one set dosage throughout..min 10 weeks
no need for the orals
should start clomid two weeks after last injection
 
There is Enanthate, Cypionate (which are long esters) and Prop (shorter) and Supension (shortest). Forget the last 2. Use Cyp or Enth, you only have to inject 2 times a week.
 
okay..... what about my 4 day split? is that any good? and oh yeah what do you know about FINAPLEX or TREN?

Depends on what kind of cardio your doing. Type II cardio that frequently is gonna eat through your muscle like fuckin cancer. HIIT / Tabata training that frequently will cut you the fuck up but burn the bejesus out of your CNS. If your suggesting a mixture of Type I and non-oxidative then maybe.

Either way you need at LEAST one rest day IMO.
 
NXG+ is right you HAVE to rest at least one day, i would suggest 2; Thurs and Sundays. Also try juggling your carbs if you're trying to cut BF, have a high, mid, and low carb and cycle the days, it will keep you metabolism burning.

My .02 cents:

I've always found that cyp didn't hold as much subq water as did enanthate. I've used them both, and the past 2 cycles I've done consisted of cyp and I've loved it so far.

I'm loving outlaw's idea on your first go around. Man, with a proper diet in place and a good training regimine, you'll do wonderful with this.

I also responded to your question on my post in the "steroid cycle log" section of the board, but remember, this is just something that's worked for me and may not work for the next guy.

It's an individual thing with the training/nutrition.

Example: a buddy of mine never does aas, always trains hard as hell, but his diet is terrible. He eats fried chicken about five times a week and I'm not talking about from KFC: his mama cooks it. He maintains 7% bodyfat and eats like shit.

SO, most people can't do this, but my point with this example is that some people have to go to drastic measures and have a fine combed diet and others don't really have to try as hard.

My genetics may be good, but damn if I ate fried chicken every week.....lol :insane2:

lol I've never met anyone who talks so much about how great there genetics are...it's in practicly every post u make.....can you please explain why your genetics are just soooooo good ?
 
Haha! Yeah, maybe I've taken it a little far.....I don't even notice it.

I really can't explain why they are so good, but it runs in the family. I went from 170 to 210 on my last cycle of cyp & dbol back in 2005, and kept almost all my gains for over a year. That can't just be the aas....my genetics had something to do with it.

Keep a look at my cycle log, and you'll see what I mean as the pics roll in week by week.

Hopefully I won't eat my words, but I think I'll be ok.
