Beginner, Test prop, low dosage

Hey guys I'm 19, 185lbs, 5'10, rugby union player.
Thinking of starting a cycle of test prop at a low dosage 100mg twice a week. I realise EOD is preffered way.
Reasons are mainly to a heal a couple injuries i have and to gain some strength and recover some of the pace ive had before injuries, aesthetics are an added bonus but not training specifically for that reason. A couple questions.

1- Will such a low dose require a PCT? Ive been told that such a low dose shouldnt shutdown natural test production.

2- At such a low dose can i expect growth plates to close (as im 19) or any side effects of that of a higher dose which is used for bodybuilding?

3- Or would Deca be more beneficial in terms of healing?

Excluding age (most wisdom says 25+) and the dosage, I just wanted to point out Test will increase the rate your muscles grow at. Not the supporting tendons. Depending on your injuries take this in to consideration, you do not want to have your muscles outgrowing already hurt tendons.

Edit: In other words I wouldn't even fuck with test for a few more years if I was you.

the purpose of running steroids si to EXCEED your natural hormone levels to atain a edge in training / growth . 200 mg is basically the amount a healthy young male would need to just break even . throw in the hormone rollercoaster you would be on doing just 2 injects of prop a week and its a really bad idea.

at 19 there is a good chance you will still grow taller , a steroid cycle could stop that .


you dont have the age or the steroid knowledge to do a cycle . stick around and learn for a few years and then do your cycle.
 
Deca would be better for healing but if you run it on it's own then your cock will feel like it's been cut off.

Why you wanna run prop? do you like to stick needles in yourself frequently because prop should be every day injections or every other day at least. Twice a week will make you feel like shit and your training will suffer. Peaks and troughs all week, no good for ya. Also 200mg is about what your nuts make a week at your age anyway, so when you inject 200mg a week you'll turn off your natural testosterone production and have exactly the same amount available for the period of your in cycle. Then when you finish you'll rebound without PCT and end up with less natural testosterone for quite some time. You'll grow tits, get fat and your cock will stop functioning for months. So yeah PCT would be good.

For injuries Deca is great but if you like having sex then add some Test in at around a ratio of 1.5:1 test:deca so if you did 400mg deca then do 600mg test.

Go with a longer release ester like test cypionate or test enanthate then you can inject once or twice a week, I like twice as I'm older keeps my blood pressure down. At your age you can do it all in one go. Prop makes my heart race like a mofo so I try to avoid it.

If you're gonna run a cycle whatever anyone says then start on about 400-500mg test a week, the ester just defines how long between shots so if you like pain get prop, not so much get cyp or enanthate. That'll make you stronger and bigger, add in some deca at 300mg a week and that'll help your injuries.

Eat at least 4000 calories a day of good food with a large percentage of protein. Drink 6 litres of water a day, get some Taurine and take 6mg to 10mg a day will help with the water bloat if you get any. I like to use 1000mg omega 3 supps as AAS fuck up your cholesterol.

I think gyno is more likely to develop since your pretty young so either run Arimidex at 0.25mg every other day up to 0.5mg every day, that'll keep the bloat down and the gyno at bay, it drops the water though and a bit of that will be good for your joints. If you can't afford that get some Nolvadex for PCT and break into it if your nipples get itchy or sore, start at 40mg first day drop to 20mg a day until the gyno subsides. If you have to break into the Nolva get some more for your PCT.

You are too young really but it shouldn't stop people giving you advice on a cycle. I've seen plenty of young guys ask for advice get slated and gotten no help so they run a very poorly planned cycle and fuck themselves up. It's easily avoidable as long as your not too fussed about not getting any taller and your hair falling out :-)
