beginner wants to try a cycle whats the best way to go ???? help please

I am 6'4" and 168 and cant get any bigger and want to know what would be the best cycle to start on and keep most of my gains when I come off of them. I would like to be about 210 or 200's I work out on tue regular
 
6'4" and 168 dude eat eat eat eat i wouldnt even start anything you have alot to grow before cycle
 
Have you tried.....eating more? If you get up to 200lb. on AAS, but your diet is crap, you'll drop back down to your original weight if not lower. AAS isn't magic. In fact, I'll ask you this: are you afraid of needles? Like, seriously afraid of injecting yourself? Lots of people say they can pin themselves, but it's alot different once the needle's in your hands. If you're okay with pinning, then continue.

First thing's first, have you done ANY prior research of AAS or post cycle therapy (pct) before asking for help? This saves everyone, you and me, loads of time explaining everything you need to know about how they work. I'd recommend reading the stickies and venturing off to the "NEW MEMBERS CLICK HERE!!" section. You'll find EVERYTHING there. Yes, even how to plan your very first cycle. Any T-only cycle is ALWAYS going to be your first cycle. Nothing more because you don't know how Test reacts to you yet and all future cycles are used in combination with your Test injections.
 
my roomate had same prob so he has to go threw weight gainer and protien... you go to give it some time you could take up to 3months to start putting on good weight have a shake of both between meals and double your meal size, take a shake just b4 bed and if need be wake up 4 hours and take more. its expensive to do this but it will work at 6'4 id wait till your 190-200 b4 id take a cycle you have alot of natural room to grow
 
Sorry that was I typo im in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. And no not by any means am I afraid of needles.and yes on the reseach iv been researching for a bout 3 weeks now but im learning new things every day

How old are you? I think I weighed 168 in like 8th grade...? Not trying to be a dick, but if you're a younger fella like I think you are - there is an easier and cheaper way to help you put on mass. (Exactly as ronrr suggests)
 
But for how long have you been in taking 4200 cal? And I'm not talking like once or twice a week, I mean straight. Also like halfwit asked, how old are you?
 
if you aint growing you aint eating enough... start eating whole pizzas, when i got stuck @ 180 @5'7 i started eating a whole pizza a day (with all meat toppings that you could, prices on toppings turned out more then the actual pizza) on top of everything, dont worry bout the fat it goes away :P
 
Have you ever been tested for hyperthyroidism? I just find it hard to believe that you can't gain any weight given those kcals and amount of protein a day.

he's probably not even eating that much, betcha if he counted his cals its prob like 2100
