No Train No Gain.
Guy's i need some help!
i've never used steroids but am now thinking its about time i get on the juice...
i want a quick way of getting some lean muscle and get toned. i do alot of running, and want to use something alongside cardio and weights mainly toning. have been looking at anavar and winstrol, can anyone advise me if theres something else to take i could take, or if not what cycle's i should get on ?
 
post up some stats: weight,height,bf%,years training and diet...than we can see if you are suitable for AAS...and btw,oral only cycles suck ass!!!

BF% havent done it for a while but around 12%ish
have been doing proper weight training for about 2 years now, dont want to become to big though. In a usual day for breakfast i'll have two boiled eggs in pitta, followed by a brunch shake, lunch, jacket potato and chicken breast, mid afternoon have a protein rich snack, followed by a dinner of carbs usually pasta based meal, then another casein shake just before bed. would prefer oral if possible......

if you want to be more cut, you are already pretty small for your height...my guess is you dont eat enuff, and your body is hoarding the fat/glucose as a defense mechanism against your training

no gear will get you ripped, diet will

my advice would be to up you cals from protein, and moderate carbs and fat, and add 30min cardio 3x week after training , imo this will shock your body back into a fat burning state....

then after 4-5wks of this, look into clen once you get you bf% into single digits....i wouldnt do Anavar (var) or Winstrol (winny) unless you were willing to do a 'real' cycle that would include test

by the way "i dont want to get too big"? lol, if ever you are too ripped and muscular, just stop (if it actually worked that way)
 

I would get about 8-10 years more under your belt in the gym and allow your body to max itself out naturally. You have potential to build more muscle mass with your age. Your test levels naturally are prime for explosive growth and total transformation of your body.
If you decide to do a cycle you are truly foolish. I have been training for 20 years and I can tell you. If you eat like a horse, take your vitamins and aminos and get your rest and recovery to compliment an intense demanding workout regimen and you will grow. Trust me - build the mature muscle and have a strong foundation in place before considering any anabolic steroids. 2 years is not enough time in the trenches or the fact being you are 21 years old you should reconsider using any AAS. I think others will agree.

I think it's funny when people say they don't wanna get too big, but they want to get ripped.

Ripped has to do with BF. If you want to look big and ripped, you have to bulk first and then start a cut. You can't expect to put on muscle without gaining weight.

P.S. I'm 22, and I regret starting a cycle so young. I wish I would have taken advantage of my natural levels first. I rushed into something I thought was going to be a 'miracle' drug for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything 'crazy' it's just a supplement to push you past your normal levels. Diet, training, and rest are still going to give you the most improvement out of anything.

^^^^to the OP, this advice should be religion for you....the longer you wait, the better later on

im 31, started my first cycle of test/ Anavar (var) in oct...of this year, im growing like a fkn weed, ontop of a 210lbs base i built (5'8)

you resort to aas now, you will always need them to grow, you will never develop good fundamentals like proper diet/training/lifting....ect ect....if you cant get to at least 200lbs with food, then aas wont do much cause you still need to eat while on...there really isnt any shortcuts, and in the case of the Winstrol (winny) or Anavar (var) you suggested, they are just tools, and wil amount to 10% of the equation
