I'm 22 years old and have been working out heavily, 5 or more days a week for the past 3 years. I average around 145 lbs with around 18-20% body fat, although it has dropped lower during preparation for 2 NPC competitions(figure).
I have also competed in power and Olympic lifting.
I'm looking to use gear for my next pre contest cutting cycle. I've mainly been reading about var and clen for females but I want as much advice as possible.
I hold a fairly high muscle content for a female and don't want to add much more size, just maintain what I have already built, especially in my upper body. My main goals are to lean down and get shredded as I dial in my diet
