Bench Problems

................
As of lately my right arm/shoulder has stopped me from putting up wieght. I am right side dominate but i cant get my right arm to drive through. I can push the left arm through the wieght but the right side stops me. Im thinking i need to see my therpist and get my shoulder into ultrasound treatment. Any ideas guys?

Any excercises that might help them? oh and yes i do strech everyday before workouts.

you asking for my routine or a video... because i have no video camera. Just some cheap diggi.

Routine for flat since problem

145 X 15
185 X 7
205 X 7
225 X 7 This is when i have problems... i used to do 255 fine.

Tried dumbells instead but still have similar problems at 100

Why is it stopping you, do you have pains or ?

My left shoulder is in 'rehab' right now, I can't flat press anything without hurting it.

I get a slight sharp pain, nothing im not used too considering the docs perscription was ultrasound and keep working out. I havent gotten US in a while im thinking it might be built up scare tissue or something.

Other then that i cant really say whats stopping me but i can drive my left are straight through (dumbells or flat) but my right stops at 35 degrees if resting is 90 degrees.

if you can't do a video clip just take a bunch of pictures of your bench..

but its hard enough to diagnose an injury in when you can see it, so just describing your pain makes it impossible to diagnose.

i can tell you you arent warming up enough..
im not saying my bench is great but for someone who is benching over 500 i start out with
bar
95x10 or 15 fast
135x5-10 fast
185x5 fast
etc
so ive done more of a warmup before getting to 225 than you and my bench is more than double...

wm-ups do not have to be 15 rep sets..i can almost gaurantee that by the 13th ep or so on 145 you are struggling slightly??? id rather see you do 145 for 2 sets of 8 rather than 1 set of 15 or something similar

Nah no struggle... i have no problem repping that out quickly. With tempo not swaying etc etc. This is the workout ive done for sometime with no problems. This is a recent problem that has arised.
