Bent over Lateral Raises 15lb dbells 3x10 (these fkrs are hard holy) I was embarassed when I could only do these with 15's

I realize I wasn't working out all of my muscles before. These workouts are kicking my ass. Not complaining, I have a buddy who's going with me. He looked at the routine the first day he said at least this isn't going to be intense lol. Was he suprised haha. I knew it was going to be a good workout but didn't realize i'd feel like I just started working out again lol.

Starting test phenylprop and tbol next month but wanna overcome this natural. Personal goal for myself. No reason behind it other than knowing more I do natural more gear will help when I run it. Gonna make sure my training is spot on first. Working on that may start cycle first of the month or midway through. Gears otw but in no hurry.

try switching up your routine , muscle confussion is key whenever i get stuck i start endurance training and do like 40 reps instead of 8 and allways seems to do the trick
